Heimdall Equipment Return Policy
Effective Date: 03/25/2025
1. Return Eligibility: We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Custom or special-order products.
Items that have been used, installed, or altered.
Clearance or final sale items.
Any item damaged due to improper use or negligence.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at dschmidt@heimdallequipment.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Heimdall Equipment error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Heimdall Equipment is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5. Refunds and Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees and restocking fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
